All the information you provide Esquires Menswear is treated as highly confidential. We guarantee never to divulge or share information with a third party except for the purpose of processing your order.

Payment

Payment can be made online using a credit card via Paypal. We use Paypal to give you added security.  Alternatively you can pay by phone using your credit card.

Selecting your purchase is an easy process but as you can appreciate our stock levels can change on an hourly basis, so you may find that, in spite of our endeavours to maintain correct stock levels, the item that you have requested is no longer in stock.

You will receive confirmation by E-mail when we have despatched your order. If your order doesn’t arrive as expected please contact us so that we can track it from our end.

However, we can not accept responsibility for loss by the postal service.

Delivery Information

During working days, we aim to provide next day delivery for all orders in the United Kingdom, provided that the order is received by 2pm.

In the case of outside the United Kingdom, we will endeavour to deliver within 7 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday.

A signature will be required on delivery.

Postal Costs

United Kingdom, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man - £3.90

Northern Ireland, Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark - £10.

For orders placed outside of these areas, please e-mail for a quote.  


Returns Information

If you are not happy with your purchases from Esquires Menswear, we will provide a refund or exchange, provided that:

The Goods have not been worn or washed and returned in the same condition as they were when despatched.

All labels must still be attached. All packaging must be kept.

If the labels have been removed or packaging is missing, no refund will be given.

Goods are returned back to us within 14 days of receipt.

A copy of the invoice is enclosed.


Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are proved to be faulty. Esquires Menswear does not accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post.
